Senior Operations Manager – Latin America Airport Operations

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Senior Operations Manager to lead airport operations initiatives across Latin America. You will work closely with regional teams, product, marketing and other cross‑functional partners to define strategy, drive performance and deliver high‑impact projects in a fast‑paced travel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify business needs, prioritize projects and define execution plans to meet regional OKRs.
• Own key metrics, monitor performance and ensure consistent delivery across initiatives.
• Translate operational and financial data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Design, implement and scale core processes while allowing market‑specific adaptations.
• Partner with Product teams to propose, prioritize and measure features that improve the airport experience.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives, building strong relationships with Operations, Marketing, Customer Support, Policy and Legal.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience in operations, logistics or related fields.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese or Spanish.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in diverse, multicultural teams.
• Demonstrated optimism, respect for others and capacity to maintain healthy working relationships.
