Senior Performance Creative Designer – Static & Motion

About the role

We are looking for a senior performance creative who will conceptualize, produce and ship paid static and motion assets for Kraken Consumer. The role blends static ad creation with video and AI‑generated content, driving growth across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Own paid static creative for Kraken Consumer across product launches, campaigns and ongoing activity.
• Concept, produce and ship performance video assets for multiple formats and platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit, X).
• Generate AI‑assisted video and imagery, deciding when AI is the fastest route.
• Version and localize creative at scale across markets, languages and regulatory requirements.
• Design creative for testing, interpret performance data and iterate on hooks and concepts.

Required profile

• 5+ years in performance creative within a high‑volume in‑house team or agency, preferably fintech, crypto or regulated sectors.
• Portfolio demonstrating paid static work, video cuts and AI‑generated pieces with performance results.
• Strong understanding of platform‑native creative for Meta, TikTok and YouTube.
• Ability to work quickly under regulatory constraints and multiple review cycles.
