Senior Product Designer – Figma & AI‑Enhanced Remote Role

About the role

FullStackFullStack is looking for a Senior Product Designer to join its talent network and work remotely with U.S. clients across Latin America. You will become an integral part of the client’s product team, collaborating daily with designers and engineers to create high‑impact digital experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate into client product teams and contribute to design discussions.
• Design complex digital products from concept through delivery, ensuring visual consistency and accessibility.
• Develop and maintain design systems using advanced Figma features.
• Incorporate AI tools such as Cloud Cursor into design workflows.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, wireframing, and interactive prototyping.
• Prepare design handoffs for developers and consider frontend implementation constraints.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous integration and delivery of design assets.

Required profile

• 8+ years of professional product design experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Completed a four‑year college degree.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user‑centered design thinking and high‑quality visual work.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week remotely and take extreme ownership of deliverables.

Required skills

• Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Variables, Prototyping, Design Systems).
• Experience with AI design tools, specifically Cloud Cursor.
• UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and accessibility standards.
• Responsive web and mobile‑first design.
• User research, usability testing, wireframing, and interactive prototyping.
• Developer handoff processes and frontend design considerations.
• Agile/Scrum methodology.
