Senior Product Manager

About the role

Apply is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy and delivery for its Agentic Customer Experience solutions. The role works closely with client brands and internal teams to translate CX vision into commercial reality.

Key responsibilities

• Define and champion product strategies and vision across client engagements.
• Gather and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and research workshops to shape requirements.
• Create and maintain product plans, roadmaps, and PRDs with executive buy‑in.
• Organize product releases, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with business value expectations.
• Develop measurement plans and analytics to track product usage and impact.
• Oversee defect resolution, launch readiness, and continuous improvement recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive ROI and expand the product portfolio.

Required profile

• Proven ability to identify key projects, initiatives, and epics that deliver business results.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, capable of managing stakeholder expectations.
• Experience with backlog management, sprint planning, and roadmap creation.
• Creative leader, team player, and problem solver who adds strategic value beyond execution.
