Senior Project Manager – GTM (Remote, Chile)

About the role

We are looking for a senior project manager to lead go‑to‑market (GTM) programmes for a fast‑growing e‑learning SaaS platform. This fully remote role partners with senior leaders across Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success and Enablement to design and execute high‑impact initiatives that drive international growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic, cross‑functional GTM programmes from concept to delivery.
• Translate business priorities into clear plans, processes and delivery frameworks.
• Align senior stakeholders and multiple GTM teams around shared objectives.
• Manage programme structure, milestones, risks, reporting and decision‑making.
• Own and optimise the operational framework for translation and localisation workflows.
• Continuously improve GTM operating rhythms, project methods and delivery processes.

Required profile

• 8+ years of project or programme management experience, preferably in SaaS or fast‑scaling technology environments.
• Proven track record leading complex, strategic GTM programmes.
• Strong exposure to Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success or Enablement functions.
• Experience with translation, localisation or internationalisation workflows.
• Excellent stakeholder management and senior‑leadership communication skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, competing priorities and cross‑functional dependencies.
