Senior Project Manager – Live Entertainment

About the role

FeverUp is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join its Fever Originals team in Santiago. You will use data and insights to design, launch and scale unique live‑entertainment experiences across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Own strategic planning, execution and reporting for flagship events.
• Analyse business opportunities, propose operational improvements and ensure high‑quality customer experiences.
• Collaborate with partners, venues and internal teams (marketing, operations, product) to drive ticket sales and media coverage.
• Manage revenue reporting, grow the partner network and help replicate successful events in new cities.

Required profile

• 5+ years in project management or consulting (not an events‑only background).
• Fluent in Spanish and English with strong analytical and relationship‑building skills.
• Highly organised, solution‑focused and able to handle multiple parallel work streams.
• Curious, collaborative and comfortable working hands‑on across all event tasks.
