Senior Project Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead medium-to-large staff‑augmentation projects for a global technology services firm. The role is fully remote and involves guiding multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver products and transformations on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor and report project outcomes, providing coaching and discipline as needed.
• Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure consistent project quality.
• Foster a collaborative environment to retain staff and identify growth opportunities.
• Analyze billable utilization, capacity planning and forecast profitability.
• Forecast financial results, manage expenditures and take corrective actions.
• Identify upselling opportunities within existing clients and deliver value to stakeholders.
• Support strategic technology implementation plans to improve organizational efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years experience as a Software Project Manager.
• Strong background in the IT industry with deep knowledge of project management practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proven leadership and communication abilities.
• Previous experience as a Software Engineer is a plus.
