Senior Project Manager (Web)

About the role

The client is a leading e‑learning platform that enables organisations to create engaging digital learning experiences. They are looking for a senior‑level Project Manager to own and drive the web programme across the Go‑to‑Market organisation. This full‑time remote position will work closely with senior leaders in Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success and Enablement to improve GTM effectiveness and support global growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead high‑visibility GTM programmes with clear goals, milestones, ownership and measurable outcomes.
• Translate business priorities into actionable plans, repeatable processes and scalable workflows.
• Improve project‑management methodologies, templates, intake systems and operating rhythms for GTM initiatives.
• Identify cross‑team dependencies, manage risks proactively and ensure timely delivery.
• Own the web programme roadmap – from intake and prioritisation through delivery, launch and post‑launch review.
• Manage website releases and GTM web workflows, coordinating design, development, content, QA and marketing teams.
• Provide regular leadership communications, including status updates, risk assessments and resource implications.
• Implement metrics and run retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in web, digital or marketing project management, preferably in a SaaS or fast‑paced cross‑functional environment.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong analytical, organisational and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
