Senior Project Manager – Web Programs (Remote)

About the role

The client is a leading e‑learning course creation platform seeking a senior‑level Project Manager to own and drive the web programme roadmap. This full‑time, remote position will work closely with senior leaders across Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success and Enablement to improve go‑to‑market effectiveness and support global growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead high‑visibility GTM programmes, defining clear goals, milestones and ownership.
• Translate business priorities into actionable plans, repeatable processes and scalable workflows.
• Improve project‑management methodologies, templates, intake systems and operating rhythms.
• Identify cross‑team dependencies, manage risks and ensure timely delivery.
• Facilitate alignment among Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success and Enablement.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and influence without direct authority.
• Own the web programme roadmap from intake through launch and post‑launch review.
• Manage website releases and GTM web workflows, partnering with the Web Director, design, development, content, QA and GTM teams.
• Remove blockers, implement metrics for visibility and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Highly organised, analytical and solution‑oriented professional.
• 8+ years experience delivering web, digital or marketing projects, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross‑functional programmes and influence senior leaders.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
