Senior Recruiter – Remote (Chile)

About the role

Workfully is looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join its global network of independent recruiters. This contractor position is fully remote and focused on helping solopreneur recruiters grow their freelance business while connecting top talent with clients across more than 40 countries.

Key responsibilities

• Source, engage and place candidates for a variety of roles, including GTM/commercial, tech, pharma/life‑science and blue‑collar positions.
• Manage client relationships, understand hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Utilise Workfully’s personal ATS, CRM and multiposting tools to streamline the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with other recruiters in the community to share candidates and expand market reach.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of recruitment experience in‑house or at an agency.
• Strong sourcing abilities and proven client‑management skills.
• Fluent English; additional local language(s) are a plus.
• Based in Chile and able to work remotely.

Required skills

• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
