Senior Sales Manager – LATAM

About the role

As a Senior Sales Manager for the LATAM region, you will drive market expansion, acquire new users in EPC, O&M and Asset Management, and promote our innovative cloud‑based SaaS solutions to renewable energy customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and convert business opportunities by researching potential customers, qualifying leads and developing tailored acquisition strategies.
• Promote and consult on cloud‑based monitoring and energy‑management solutions, preparing proposals and leading negotiations to contract signature.
• Visit customers on‑site across LATAM to strengthen partnerships and deepen market understanding.
• Maintain weekly sales reports and keep accurate project and customer data in the CRM system.
• Represent meteocontrol at trade fairs, conferences and industry events.

Required profile

• Strong interest in cloud‑based SaaS and digital technologies.
• At least 3 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, preferably PV.
• Business‑fluent English; additional Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building and solution‑driven sales mindset.
• Willingness to travel frequently throughout LATAM.
