SEO Operations Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an SEO Operations Specialist to execute on‑page, off‑page and technical SEO tasks for multiple client websites. Working closely with the SEO Lead, you will ensure all deliverables are implemented accurately and on time, maintaining high quality across accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Lead SEO implementation and quality assurance across client sites.
• Manage technical SEO health, conduct audits and resolve issues.
• Oversee content publishing processes and pre‑launch reviews.
• Coordinate local SEO initiatives and Google Business Profile management.
• Track backlinks, monitor performance and ensure timely delivery of operational deliverables.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in local, on‑page and technical SEO.
• Detail‑oriented operator who follows processes and ensures thorough review of work.
• Proactive communicator who identifies issues early and collaborates with internal teams.
• Highly organized self‑starter able to manage multiple priorities with minimal oversight.
• Enjoys execution, continuous improvement and operational excellence over strategy‑only roles.

What we offer

• Fully remote position with global flexibility.
