SEO Operations Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an SEO Operations Specialist who will focus on executing SEO tasks rather than defining strategy. Working closely with the SEO Lead, you will ensure that all SEO deliverables are implemented accurately and on schedule across multiple client accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Lead SEO implementation and quality assurance for client websites.
• Manage technical SEO health, conduct audits, and resolve issues.
• Oversee content publishing processes and perform pre‑launch reviews.
• Coordinate local SEO and online presence management initiatives.
• Drive project execution, reporting, and timely delivery of all SEO campaigns and operational deliverables.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in local, on‑page, and technical SEO.
• Detail‑oriented operator who follows processes consistently.
• Technical problem‑solver comfortable with schema markup, Core Web Vitals, backlink management, and Google Business Profiles.
• Proactive communicator who identifies issues early and collaborates effectively.
• Highly organized self‑starter able to manage multiple priorities with minimal oversight.
• Passion for execution, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
