Service Technician I – Wind Turbine Maintenance

About the role
The Service Department guarantees the optimal operation of customers' wind farms throughout each turbine's life‑cycle. As a Service Technician I based in Concepción, Chile, you will perform maintenance, troubleshooting and commissioning tasks to ensure maximum energy production and long‑term client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on wind turbines.
- Locate and resolve faults to minimise downtime.
- Assist with turbine start‑up and commissioning activities.
- Complete and maintain specific technical documentation.
- Monitor key performance indicators and area objectives.
Required profile
- Technical Engineer or higher‑level vocational training, preferably in electrical engineering.
- At least 1 year of experience in industrial maintenance.
- Ability to work at height and in adverse weather conditions.
- Proficiency in reading technical manuals in English.
Required skills
- Electrical maintenance of wind turbines.
- Preventive maintenance procedures.
- Fault diagnosis and troubleshooting.
- Use of data‑collection and reporting software.
