Social Media & Content Manager

About the role

We are seeking a talented and proactive Social Media & Content Manager to grow the online presence of a personal injury law firm and the personal brand of its lead attorney. The role combines creative content production, short‑form video editing, and consistent multi‑platform posting while keeping the messaging authentic and culturally relevant for a U.S. audience.

Key responsibilities

• Edit raw video footage into polished Reels, TikToks, Shorts, and feed videos.
• Craft engaging, audience‑specific copy for personal and professional contexts.
• Schedule and publish content across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Manage cross‑platform distribution for both the firm’s official pages and the attorney’s personal accounts.
• Monitor comments and messages to conduct light community engagement.
• Maintain top‑of‑mind awareness for the attorney’s network and professional audience.
• Adapt messaging to feel natural, authentic, and culturally relevant to U.S. viewers.
• Collaborate with the lead attorney to turn photos, updates, and firm insights into high‑performing posts.

Required profile

• 2–3+ years of hands‑on experience managing social media accounts and video production for U.S.-based companies.
• Proficiency with modern video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Canva.
• Deep understanding of publishing dynamics on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Experience in marketing for law firms or other high‑intent local services is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proactive, self‑directed, and able to identify technical risks independently.

What we offer

• Fully remote work with standard EST working hours.
• Salary range USD 1,200 – USD 1,500 per month.
