Social Media Coordinator and Strategist

About the role

We are looking for a Social Media Coordinator and Strategist to join a fast‑paced, fully remote digital media team. You will manage daily content flow across major platforms, ensuring posts are timely, engaging, and aligned with brand standards while supporting overall social strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and publish daily content on Facebook, Instagram, Threads, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube, including breaking news, evergreen, discussion, and high‑performing recirculated posts.
• Coordinate with social media and editorial teams to guarantee accurate and consistent publishing.
• Adapt publishing plans quickly in response to breaking news, trending topics, and platform changes.
• Write engaging captions and copy that encourage interaction while maintaining brand voice.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide insights to improve content strategy, engagement, and reach.
• Learn and use scheduling, media library, and content management tools for tagging, organizing, and retrieving assets.
• Identify opportunities to optimize publishing practices and audience engagement.

• Ability to manage multiple publishing tasks in a fast‑paced environment while meeting deadlines.
• Excellent written communication and concise copywriting abilities.
