Social Media Creator Agent – Growth & Monetization

About the role

Toptal is building a new business unit focused on empowering content creators. As a Creator Agent you will work directly with the General Manager and Operations Director to onboard, coach, and accelerate the growth of our creator community. This remote, execution‑driven role blends strategic thinking with hands‑on creator support.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new creators and assess their performance across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Provide 1‑to‑1 coaching to improve content strategy, packaging, scripting, and community building.
• Define weekly goals and metrics (CTR, retention, follower growth, engagement) and assign personalized tasks.
• Identify and activate brand partnership opportunities once creators achieve traction.
• Design, test, and refine the coaching methodology, creating playbooks and repeatable processes for future agents.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience growing creator accounts on major social platforms.
• Proven track record of increasing audience size, engagement, and monetization.
• Ability to analyze performance data and communicate actionable insights.
• Builder mindset – comfortable designing processes and scaling a new function.
