Social Performance Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Social Performance Manager to join the Lundin Foundation and support the Lundin Group of Companies in strengthening social performance across Latin America. The role is based in Santiago and combines remote work flexibility with regional travel to engage communities and corporate partners.

Key responsibilities

• Provide social performance expertise to corporate partners and internal teams.
• Develop and strengthen frameworks for Indigenous engagement, human rights, stakeholder engagement, grievance mechanisms, and community development.
• Deliver training and capacity‑building programmes.
• Support compliance with social performance standards and best practices.
• Build strategic partnerships and collaborative initiatives across Latin America.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Sustainability, Environmental Studies or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in social performance, sustainability, community development or related areas, preferably in mining, energy or other resource industries.
• Strong knowledge of Indigenous engagement, human rights, stakeholder relations and community development.
• Experience working with Indigenous communities in Latin America.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is an asset.
