About the role

Join Topsort’s Infrastructure team as a Software Engineer and own the core platform that powers real‑time auction, API services, and internal tooling. This mission‑critical function ensures fast, reliable, and fair auction results for retailers and marketplaces worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain foundational infrastructure covering compute, networking, deployment, and observability.
• Define and enforce Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and implement proactive alerting systems.
• Lead post‑incident analysis and drive continuous reliability improvements.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver scalable, high‑performance services.

Required profile

• Strong ownership mindset with a focus on production reliability.
• Experience working on large‑scale, mission‑critical systems.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Required skills
