About the role

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking for a Solutions Architect to join its global team. You will work directly with customers of all sizes, helping them design, migrate, and optimize workloads on the AWS cloud while linking technology decisions to measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with customers to accelerate projects and recommend best‑practice AWS architectures aligned with long‑term business goals.
• Own the technical relationship as a trusted advisor, ensuring customer interests drive guidance.
• Capture and share the customer voice to influence AWS product roadmaps.
• Create technical content such as white papers, code samples, and blog posts.
• Evangelize AWS technologies through workshops, meetups, public speaking, and online videos.
• Contribute to team growth by hiring, coaching, and mentoring peers.
• Develop deep expertise in technical domains relevant to customer outcomes.
