Spanish Content Editing Expert – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a Spanish Content Editing Expert to support the training of next‑generation AI systems. Working remotely, you will ensure that Spanish language data meets high quality standards, helping models learn, reason, and perform accurately in real‑world contexts.

Key responsibilities

• Spot‑check Spanish items, identify quality issues, and provide feedback through Discord direct messages.
• Update trainers and quality analysts on new guidelines, project changes, and workflow updates.
• Answer questions about Spanish wording, grammar, tone, register, cultural context, and regional variations.
• Activate and monitor remote contributors, encouraging participation and tracking availability.
• Create and maintain project documentation such as style guides, FAQs, trackers, honeypots, and onboarding materials.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Spanish, Linguistics, Translation, Communications, Journalism, Education, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
• Native or near‑native Spanish proficiency with strong reading and writing skills.
• Excellent command of English for following guidelines and communicating with the team.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in Spanish writing, editing, translation, localization, content QA, or AI training.
• Familiarity with both Latin American and European Spanish variants and ability to specify supported variants.
