About the role

As a Staffing Solution Architect you will bridge the gap between client needs and our talent pool, defining required skill sets and ensuring the right engineers are matched to each project. Key responsibilities

• Drive technology assessment and validation processes, providing technical guidance to clients.
• Conduct final screening and interviews to select the best engineers for each role.
• Participate in client meetings to understand and refine engineering profile requirements.
• Work across multiple tech stacks—including web, mobile, QA, DevOps, and data—to evaluate candidate fit.
• Stay up‑to‑date with market trends and emerging technologies.
• Train candidates in various technologies as needed.
• Collaborate with the sales team to accelerate resource delivery while ensuring feasibility.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience.
• Previous experience in the IT industry.
• Proven track record in software development across multiple programming languages and domains.
• Strong technical presentation and communication abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
