Staffing Solution Architect (Remote)

About the role

As a Staffing Solution Architect you will lead the definition and validation of technical skill requirements for client staffing augmentation projects. You will act as the bridge between client needs and BairesDev’s talent pool, ensuring the right engineers are matched to each engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Drive technology assessments and validation processes, providing technical guidance to clients.
• Conduct final screening and interviews to select the best engineers for each position.
• Participate in client meetings to understand required engineering profiles.
• Work across multiple tech stacks, including web, mobile, QA, DevOps, and data domains.
• Stay up‑to‑date with market trends and emerging technologies.
• Train candidates on a variety of technologies.
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve time‑to‑market while ensuring feasibility of client requests.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the IT industry.
• Proven track record in software development across multiple programming languages and domains.
• Strong technical presentation and communication abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
