Strategic Project Lead – AI Lab Partnerships (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Strategic Project Lead to own and grow relationships with AI lab partners. Working remotely across the US and LATAM, you will be the senior point of contact, turning pilots into long‑term production engagements and driving commercial growth.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the trusted senior contact for lab partners via Slack and calls, understanding their next needs and positioning our solutions.
• Scope requests, create Statements of Work, and convert pilots into production contracts.
• Oversee delivery outcomes through Human Data Managers, ensuring quality and reputation across projects.
• Manage scope, pricing inputs, and margin at the account level, escalating pricing or technical questions as needed.
• Track each lab’s strategic direction, surface new opportunities, and feed signals back to the Human Data Evals Lead.

Required profile

• 5+ years in account, engagement, or partnership management with a focus on technical or AI/ML customers.
• Proven track record of expanding client relationships from pilot to repeat production work.
• Experience in senior technical conversations with AI labs, ML teams, or enterprise buyers.
• Strong commercial instincts and comfort operating in a fast‑moving, ambiguous environment.
• Fluent English; Spanish is a plus.
