About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing both preventive and corrective maintenance activities across the company's facilities, equipment and machinery. This role ensures that all assets operate at optimal performance, remain available for production, and are preserved according to the highest safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and monitor preventive maintenance programmes for all installations, equipment and machinery.
• Lead corrective maintenance actions to quickly restore functionality when failures occur.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Track maintenance performance metrics, equipment availability and downtime, providing regular reports to management.
• Collaborate with operational teams to schedule maintenance activities with minimal impact on production.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders and documentation.
• Manage spare parts inventory and ensure critical components are stocked.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase equipment reliability and reduce maintenance costs.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising maintenance operations in an industrial or production environment.
• Strong understanding of maintenance planning, safety regulations and equipment reliability principles.
• Ability to lead a team, prioritize tasks and communicate effectively with technical staff.
• Experience in monitoring maintenance KPIs and generating performance reports.
• Familiarity with budgeting for maintenance activities and managing spare parts inventory.
