Supervisor/a de Obras Civiles (OOCC)

About the role

Ferrovial is looking for a Supervisor/a de Obras Civiles (OOCC) to lead on‑site execution of civil works such as earthworks, concrete, structural elements and finishes. You will act as the bridge between project planning and real‑world construction, ensuring that every activity is performed safely, to quality standards, on schedule and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily on‑site activities including excavations, concrete pours, structural assembly and finishing works.
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations, technical drawings, specifications and QA/QC procedures.
• Coordinate subcontractors, specialty trades and internal teams to achieve project milestones.
• Control resources, track costs and prevent rework or losses.
• Report progress, issues and corrective actions to project management.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising civil construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards, quality control and construction scheduling.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and subcontractors on a large‑scale site.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
