Supply Chain Engineer – Fresh Graduate (Santiago)

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated fresh graduate to join our team as a Supply Chain Engineer in Santiago, Chile. The role supports technology and energy projects, including telecommunications, digital infrastructure, solar PV and energy storage, by managing supply chain, logistics and procurement activities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating procurement, logistics and delivery of project materials, equipment and technology products.
• Monitor purchase orders, deliveries, inventory and material availability, and follow up on lead times and supply risks.
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, contractors and internal project teams.
• Prepare and manage supply chain documentation, reports and tracking tools.
• Support supplier performance monitoring and compliance with project requirements.
• Identify and resolve logistics, procurement and material‑related issues.
• Assist with inventory control, material tracking at project sites or warehouses, and shipment coordination including customs clearance.
• Analyse supply chain KPIs and operational data to support continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, IT, Computer Science or a related technical field (mandatory).
• Graduated in 2025 or 2026.
• 0–2 years of professional experience.
• Strong interest in supply chain, logistics, procurement and technology or energy projects.
• Advanced level of English.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes.
• Ability to analyse data and generate operational reports.
• Proficiency in coordinating with suppliers, logistics providers and internal teams.
