Supply Chain Superintendent – Altonorte

About the role

The Supply Chain Superintendent will ensure the timely, safe and effective availability of materials, equipment and services required for the operation of the Altonorte asset. This includes managing inventories, warehouses, local logistics, demand planning and contracts while complying with Health, Safety, Environment and Community (HSEC) standards and the regional supply chain strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and enforce corporate policies, standards, procedures, regulatory requirements and regional guidelines for supply chain, HSEC and governance.
• Lead the execution of supply, logistics, storage, inventory and materials management processes to support operational plans.
• Maintain the integrity of physical and system inventories, ensure data quality and promote initiatives to optimise working capital.
• Coordinate permanently with the Regional Commercial Team and raise operational risks to the Regional Supply Chain Category Team.
• Manage service contracts such as fuel and transport, ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental requirements.

Required profile

• Degree in Industrial or Commercial Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Post‑graduate degree or diploma in Supply Chain or a similar discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of supply chain experience in large‑scale mining or industrial environments.
• Experience managing operational contracts and ensuring HSEC compliance.
• Availability to work onsite at the Antofagasta site.
