Supply Planner

About the role

We are looking for a Supply Planner to join a dynamic team and play a key role in ensuring product availability, improving service levels, and optimizing inventory performance. This role is ideal for a highly analytical and results‑driven professional who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment, collaborating across functions, and driving continuous improvement in supply chain operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support demand and supply planning activities to ensure product availability and efficient replenishment.
• Maintain product and planning data, including key supply parameters.
• Develop and manage safety stock and inventory strategies.
• Review, release, and follow up on purchase orders.
• Monitor product performance, inventory levels, and service indicators.
• Track and report key supply chain KPIs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across planning processes and tools.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in supply planning, replenishment, purchasing, or inventory management.
• Experience managing large product portfolios in dynamic business environments.
• Exposure to international supplier management is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain planning, inventory control, and processes such as S&OP or IBP.
• Understanding of import/export processes and service level metrics.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems, planning tools, and business intelligence platforms is preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and decision‑making skills.
• A proactive, results‑oriented mindset with a focus on teamwork and continuous improvement.
