Support Service Representative – Customer Support

About the role

Jostens is seeking a Support Service Representative to provide assistance for its jewelry and graduation products. The role involves handling consumer inquiries via phone, email, and written communication, ensuring a smooth experience for customers, bookstores, and internal partners.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound and outbound consumer requests regarding orders, status, billing, cancellations, and general information.
• Open and route incoming mail, and correspond in writing with consumers.
• Collaborate with the production plant and other departments to resolve questions and problems.
• Process orders, updates, refunds, and payment issues.
• Handle special projects, team tasks, and expedited shipping requests.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of direct customer support experience.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with accurate data handling.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
