Support Service Representative

About the role
The Support Service Representative provides assistance for Jostens jewelry and graduation products to consumers, internal and external representatives, and bookstores. Communication is handled via phone, email, and written correspondence.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to service requests related to financial matters (approximately 60% of workload).
- Handle inbound and outbound consumer inquiries about orders, status, and general information (10%).
- Open and route mail to appropriate departments or respond directly to consumers (10%).
- Collaborate with plant operations and other departments to resolve questions and problems (10%).
- Participate in team activities, special projects, and other responsibilities (10%).
Required profile
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage high‑volume phone and email interactions.
- Detail‑oriented with good organizational abilities.
- Team player who can contribute to projects and collaborate across departments.
