Surgery Marketing Analyst

About the role

The Surgery Marketing Analyst will support the execution of marketing initiatives for Johnson & Johnson’s Surgery MedTech business in Chile and the surrounding sub‑region. Working within a cross‑functional team, you will help drive operational excellence, customer engagement and the implementation of commercial plans that bring innovative surgical solutions to market.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and track marketing activities and campaigns for the Surgery portfolio across Chile.
• Collect, analyse and report on market and sales data to support decision‑making.
• Ensure timely and high‑quality delivery of marketing assets while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with product, sales and regulatory teams to align commercial plans with business objectives.
• Maintain marketing calendars, budgets and performance dashboards.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and analytical abilities with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively across multiple functions in a regulated environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Motivation to develop marketing and business acumen within the MedTech sector.
