Systems Engineer – New College Graduate (2026)

About the role

The RRS Group is looking for a motivated Systems Engineer who has recently graduated and will join the technology team in 2026. The role supports infrastructure, cloud platforms and emerging AI‑driven initiatives within a fast‑paced real‑estate and property‑management environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in setup, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of server, storage and GPU‑based infrastructure.
• Support cloud services across AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python, Shell, Java or JavaScript.
• Monitor system performance and availability, and produce operational reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams on infrastructure modernization and AI integration.
• Participate in incident response, security monitoring and compliance activities.
• Help with capacity planning, backup, disaster recovery and network optimization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or related field, graduation between May 2025 and August 2026.
• Less than six months of full‑time work experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem‑solving abilities with good written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Python, Shell scripting, Java, JavaScript.
• Linux/Unix system administration.
• Experience with server/storage hardware (Dell, HPE, Supermicro, NVIDIA GPU).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Basic knowledge of containerization, virtualization or automation tools.
• Data‑visualisation tools such as Excel, Power BI or Tableau.
