Systems Support Engineer II

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Systems Support Engineer II to manage IT systems for our US‑based customers. In this Level 2 specialist role you will work closely with the Level 1 team, resolve complex technical issues, liaise with vendors and contribute to various projects.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and troubleshoot Active Directory, Group Policy, Windows servers and Office 365/Exchange environments.
• Configure and maintain network services including RDP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs and VPN.
• Deploy and support cloud services such as Azure, Intune, SharePoint and OneDrive.
• Provide escalation support for hardware, software and peripheral issues.
• Collaborate on projects involving email, anti‑spam, platform migrations, virtualization and other business solutions.
• Participate in on‑call rotation and test client backup solutions.
• Document procedures, configurations and troubleshooting steps.

Required profile

• Minimum four years of experience in an IT support role, preferably within an MSP environment.
• Strong command of English; bilingual ability is a plus.
• Proactive team player eager to learn new technologies.
