About the role

Toptal is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its Sourcing team. This remote position focuses on building a high‑quality pipeline of software development experts for the company’s global talent community.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and refine a rigorous sourcing strategy to identify top technical talent worldwide.
• Identify, reach out to, and attract qualified professionals in collaboration with the Matching and Screening teams.
• Maintain a consistent candidate pipeline and monitor its performance against KPIs.
• Work with the Talent Acquisition Lead to create process playbooks and scale sourcing operations.
• Utilise Toptal’s internally developed sourcing tools to enhance efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience recruiting technical talent, preferably in software development.
• Passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams in a fully remote environment.
• Strong analytical mindset to test, capture, and improve sourcing strategies.
