About the role

We are looking for a Tech Recruiter to join our fully remote team and help staff technology positions across a diverse portfolio of clients, from global giants to innovative startups. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the right talent is matched with the right opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for technical roles, from posting to offer.
• Review, filter, and shortlist candidates based on defined parameters.
• Write candidate summaries and edit resumes to showcase strengths.
• Coordinate communication between candidates, hiring managers, and other internal teams.
• Meet hiring deadlines and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical recruiting.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
