Tech Support Engineer

About the role

Cybele Software is looking for a Tech Support Engineer to help customers adopt Thinfinity Workspace, a web‑based solution that delivers Windows applications and desktops without VPNs or agents. You will act as a trusted technical point of contact, solving complex deployment and optimization issues for enterprise IT teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advanced support for virtual desktop and application delivery architectures, including reverse proxies, RDP, VNC, SSH, session brokering, and identity policies.
• Troubleshoot and maintain hybrid cloud deployments, focusing on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and also Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Assist clients in migrating legacy workloads from Citrix or VMware Horizon to Thinfinity’s web platform.
• Validate and troubleshoot Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) and Remote Privileged Access Management (RPAM) configurations.
• Produce clear documentation, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge‑base articles.
• Travel to local implementations and events to ensure successful deployments and strong customer relationships.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Support Engineer, Technical Consultant, or similar role focused on software support, infrastructure, virtualization, or VDI.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Proven experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops or VMware Horizon environments.
