Technical Account Manager

About the role

We are a fast‑growing staffing agency seeking a Technical Account Manager to own and expand a portfolio of U.S.‑based client relationships. The role supports candidates in LATAM, Africa and Eastern Europe who can work during U.S. business hours. You will act as a strategic hiring partner, commercial owner, and trusted point of contact for technical placements.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee hiring activity across accounts, lead scoping and intake calls, and translate technical requirements into search criteria.
• Ensure hiring processes move quickly, monitor active searches, and manage client communication throughout the lifecycle.
• Own client health, retention and growth by driving upsells, identifying risks early, and supporting renewals.
• Provide strategic advisory on hiring strategy, market insights, and process improvements.
• Act as escalation point for complex client situations and coordinate offers, closing and onboarding.

Required profile

• 5+ years in technical staffing, recruiting, client partnership or agency environments.
• Proven experience running scoping, intake or sales calls with technical leaders.
• Strong relationship‑building, commercial instincts and operational thinking.
• Ability to work US business hours from remote locations.
