About the role

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or engineering leadership.
• Proven expertise coordinating complex technical programs across multiple engineering teams.
• Strong technical literacy with a background in engineering or systems architecture.
• Hands‑on experience defining technical strategy and program roadmaps at scale.
• Excellent cross‑team coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
