Technical Recruiter

About the role

Kojo is looking for a dedicated Technical Recruiter to own the end‑to‑end hiring process for its LATAM engineering organization and occasional North‑America technical searches. You will work closely with engineering leadership and the Director of Talent to shape the talent strategy for a fast‑growing construction‑technology company.

Key responsibilities

• Run full‑cycle, white‑glove recruiting for LATAM engineering roles and occasional NA technical positions.
• Build and maintain an evergreen outbound pipeline of high‑quality engineering candidates.
• Identify high‑talent‑density teams and coach hiring managers on sourcing passive candidates.
• Partner directly with engineering leaders to ensure every candidate meets a high bar.
• Collaborate with a recruiting coordinator to manage logistics and candidate experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a technical recruiter, preferably within engineering or technology hiring.
• Ability to partner effectively with engineering leadership and hiring managers.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Self‑starter attitude with the authority to shape recruiting processes.
