Technical Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner to work remotely from Chile. You will own end‑to‑end hiring processes for technology, engineering and business functions, connecting top talent with high‑impact positions across software engineering, AI, cloud, cybersecurity, data and leadership roles.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to candidate submission and placement.
• Translate client technical requirements into effective sourcing strategies.
• Identify, attract and evaluate qualified candidates across technology and business domains.
• Conduct recruiter interviews to assess technical alignment, experience and motivation.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams while maintaining clear communication.
• Build and maintain long‑term candidate relationships and talent pipelines.
• Collaborate with recruitment teams and stakeholders to improve placement success and hiring efficiency.
• Handle multiple open positions simultaneously while ensuring a strong candidate experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical recruitment, talent acquisition or executive search.
• Ability to work independently and manage several searches at once.
• Strong understanding of technical roles such as software engineering, AI, cloud, DevOps, cybersecurity, data engineering and product management.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with candidates and hiring managers.
