About the role

Otis is looking for a Service Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on elevators, escalators and moving walkways at the Arturo Merino Benítez Airport. The role combines hands‑on technical work with customer interaction and strict safety compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Execute scheduled preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on elevators, escalators and moving walkways.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults, perform repairs, and document actions.
• Ensure compliance with Otis safety policies and airport regulations.
• Provide on‑site customer service, record defects and communicate findings to supervisors.
• Support occasional installation, assembly and modernization projects in other operational areas.
• Use digital platforms for work orders and submit required documentation on time.
