About the role

As a Travel Support Specialist at UJV, you will serve as the first line of defense and the engine room of our 24/7 client operations. You will manage the full spectrum of luxury travel requests, from complex hotel rebookings and concierge services to intricate air travel and accounting inquiries, ensuring a seamless experience for high‑net‑worth clients.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for all incoming calls and emails, handling general inquiries and urgent travel emergencies with professionalism.
• Execute and modify luxury hotel bookings and coordinate concierge services such as transfers, excursions, dining, and spa treatments.
• Manage the booking and rebooking of air services, ensuring smooth transitions especially during disruptions.
• Own the resolution process for emergency‑line situations, fixing in‑travel conflicts (hotels, transport, air) independently without escalation.
• Operate internal booking systems (Amadeus) and handle accounting‑related inquiries to maintain accurate financial records and payments.
• Communicate with high‑net‑worth clientele using elite‑level etiquette, delivering a premium service experience that calms high‑emotion situations.

Required profile

• High agency with a natural problem‑solving mindset and extreme ownership.
• Strong emotional intelligence to remain composed when dealing with stressed clients in time‑sensitive emergencies.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury travel or high‑end hospitality environments.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Amadeus reservation system.
