Unity Developer (Mid‑Level)

About the role

We are looking for a mid‑level Unity Developer to join a partner company that creates engaging mobile applications for early learning. Based in Chile, you will help build scalable, high‑quality experiences used by millions of children and families worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex mobile UI features, including screens, animations, adaptive layouts, onboarding flows and payment processes.
• Design UI architecture using dependency injection (e.g., Zenject) to ensure modularity and maintainability.
• Work with Unity Addressables and remote content systems for content loading, versioning and stability.
• Implement automated testing (unit and integration) and support CI pipelines.
• Profile and optimise performance, memory usage, garbage collection and TextMeshPro rendering.
• Participate in code reviews, reduce technical debt and mentor junior team members.
• Support release processes and production monitoring.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional Unity development, primarily for mobile platforms.
• Strong grasp of object‑oriented programming, SOLID principles and design patterns.
• Proficient in C# with experience in asynchronous programming (Task, UniTask).
• Hands‑on experience with Unity UI systems, responsive layouts and animation.
