VIP Account Manager

About the role

Jugabet, a fast‑growing gaming platform in Latin America, is looking for a proactive VIP Account Manager to nurture relationships with high‑value clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact, delivering personalized service and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and deepen relationships with VIP and high‑value customers.
• Provide proactive communication and personalized support.
• Monitor client activity, performance metrics, and KPIs related to retention, reactivation, and revenue.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities and develop strategies to increase client lifetime value.
• Handle escalations and complex issues efficiently.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Payments, Risk, Marketing, and Support.
• Stay informed on product updates, promotions, and market trends while ensuring compliance with company policies and security standards.

Required profile

• Fluent Spanish (mandatory) and upper‑intermediate to advanced English.
• Proven experience as an Account Manager, VIP Manager, or similar role.
• Background in iGaming, fintech, or online services is preferred.
• Analytical mindset with a results‑driven focus on revenue and retention.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication abilities.
• High sense of responsibility, proactive attitude, and creative problem‑solving skills.
