Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

Airbus, a global leader in aerospace and helicopter solutions, is expanding its operations in Latin America and seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the efficient flow of materials in its Mexican site. You will be responsible for ensuring that containers and packages move through the picking process accurately and on time, while maintaining high standards of quality and storage compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the picking, handling and movement of containers and packages to meet production schedules.
• Perform visual inspections of received items to confirm they are free of external defects after transportation.
• Inspect opened containers and store items according to specific requirements such as temperature and cleanliness.
• Monitor inbound and outbound activities, update stock databases, and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve warehouse processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a warehouse supervisory role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Basic proficiency in English.
• Strong leadership, negotiation and team‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP for warehouse management.
