Web & SEO Specialist – Build & Optimize Law Firm Site

About the role

We are looking for a creative, results‑driven Web & SEO Specialist to take a boutique personal injury law firm’s website from design mockup to a high‑performance, case‑generating platform. You will own the entire web and search function, ensuring the site is fast, secure, and continuously optimized for conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Transform approved design mockups into a fully responsive, fast website and manage it post‑launch.
• Build and maintain practice‑area, location, and blog pages within the CMS.
• Optimize UX, page speed, accessibility, security, and Core Web Vitals.
• Control site architecture, internal linking, crawlability, XML sitemaps, redirects, and structured data implementation.
• Conduct high‑intent keyword research focused on injury types and NYC locations.
• Collaborate on on‑page content to meet E‑E‑A‑T and YMYL standards.
• Manage Google Business Profile, local citations, and map‑pack visibility.
• Support link‑building and digital‑PR initiatives.
• Run CRO experiments on intake forms, click‑to‑call, and live chat.
• Own GA4, Google Search Console, lead/call tracking, and rank tracking to shape growth roadmaps.

Required profile

• 3+ years at the intersection of web design/build and SEO (agency or in‑house).
• Proven track record delivering fast, conversion‑focused sites on Webflow or WordPress.
• Strong technical, on‑page, and local SEO expertise with measurable results.
• Highly organized, able to manage end‑to‑end launches independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
