Young Professional – Learning & Development (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated young professional to join our Learning & Development team at BairesDev. Working remotely, you will help design, coordinate and improve training initiatives that support our global tech workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and logistics for workshops, webinars and other learning events across the organization.
• Support the creation of training materials such as presentations, guides and e‑learning modules.
• Maintain and update content in the company Learning Management System (LMS).
• Gather and analyse participant feedback to help evaluate and refine programs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify learning needs and propose targeted solutions.
• Track and report L&D metrics to measure impact and effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field, or currently pursuing one.
• Strong interest in talent development, training or instructional design.
• Creative, organized and comfortable using digital collaboration tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Experience or familiarity with a Learning Management System (LMS).
