Young Professional – Learning & Development (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Young Professional to support our Learning & Development function on a fully remote basis. You will work alongside senior L&D specialists to help design, deliver and evaluate training initiatives that foster a culture of continuous learning across our global tech organization.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating training sessions, workshops and e‑learning programs.
• Support the creation of learning materials such as presentations, guides and digital modules.
• Maintain and update content in the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Gather and analyse participant feedback to improve program effectiveness.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify learning needs and propose targeted solutions.
• Track and report L&D metrics to measure impact.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field, or currently pursuing one.
• Strong interest in training, talent development or instructional design.
• Creative, organized and comfortable using digital collaboration tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
