Remote Sales Assistant

About the role

The Sales Assistant will handle inbound inquiries, follow up on quotes, overcome objections, and convert prospects into paying customers for a portfolio of U.S. home‑service cleaning brands. The role supports daily sales operations and works directly with the CEO in a high‑performing remote team.

Key responsibilities

• Turn inbound calls and messages into booked, paying customers.
• Book, reschedule, and answer customer questions with clarity and urgency.
• Assist in recruiting and onboarding cleaning professionals.
• Troubleshoot daily cleaner and customer issues while maintaining a calm environment.
• Track revenue, bookings, and team performance on a daily basis.

Required profile

• Proven ability to close sales and solve customer problems.
• Fluent, clear, and persuasive spoken and written English.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple demands simultaneously.
• Calm under pressure, proactive, self‑managed, and comfortable working directly with the CEO.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Sheets.
• Ability to quickly learn new tools such as Quo.
